Lime firmly believes that access to reliable and safe transportation should not be a matter of price. That's why we are pleased to offer our industry-leading "Lime Access" program in Vienna and Klagenfurt with immediate effect.
With "Lime Access", holders of a Mobilpass from the City of Vienna and holders of a card from the City of Klagenfurt receive a discount of -50% on our standard fares. In this way, we want to give people with low incomes better access to micromobility in Vienna and Klagenfurt.
To qualify, you must provide the following proof:

A valid "Mobilpass" for social discounts of the city of Vienna OR a valid "Stadtkarte" for social discounts of the social department of Klagenfurt.

A valid identity card with the same name as on the mobile pass or city card.

An active Lime account (in order for your application to be processed successfully, we need the email address or phone number associated with your existing Lime account).
