Requirements for participation in the Lime Access program in Düsseldorf:
- A valid "Düsselpass" issued by the city of Düsseldorf for benefits for low-income people
- A valid ID document with the same name as on the Düsselpass.
- An active Lime account (in order to successfully process your application, we need the email address or phone number associated with your existing Lime account. Signing up for Lime is free.)
