Lime firmly believes that access to reliable and safe transport should not be a matter of price. That is why we are pleased to offer our industry-leading "Lime Access" programme in Vienna and Klagenfurt with immediate effect.
With "Lime Access", holders of a Mobilpass from the City of Vienna and holders of a card from the City of Klagenfurt receive a discount of -50% on our standard fares. With this, we want to give people with low incomes better access to micromobility in Vienna and Klagenfurt.
To qualify, you must provide the following proof:
- A valid "Mobilpass" for social discounts from the City of Vienna OR a valid "Stadtkarte" for social discounts from the Social Department of Klagenfurt.
- A valid identity card showing the same name as on the Mobilpass or the City Card.
- An active Lime account (in order for your application to be processed successfully, we need the email address or phone number linked to your existing Lime account).
