Lime Access Frankfurt
At Lime, we firmly believe that access to reliable and safe mobility should not be a matter of price. That is why we are pleased to offer discounted access to our e-scooters and e-bikes in Frankfurt through "Lime Access".
Lime Access provides all eligible Lime users with a 50% discount on all rides, making safe and environmentally friendly mobility accessible to everyone.
To qualify, we need some information from you. This information must be accurate. Your answers in this form are legally binding.

Requirements to participate in the Lime Access Program in Frankfurt:
- A valid "Frankfurt Pass / Frankfurt Pass+" issued by the City of Frankfurt, for discounts for low-income individuals
- A valid identification document bearing the same name as on the Frankfurt Pass / Frankfurt Pass+
- An active Lime account (to successfully process your application, we need the email address or phone number linked to your existing Lime account. Signing up with Lime is free.)
