At Lime, we believe in providing transport options for everyone. That's why we created Lime Access: an affordable way to use Lime in your city. We are proud to launch our industry-leading Lime Access scheme across our services in Australia, supporting low-income users with significant discounts on e-bike travel.
To be eligible, users must present the following documents:
- Valid photo ID
- Valid Services Australia health card
Lime Access offers a 50% discount to low-income lime users, making safe, green and socially-distanced transport an option for all.
Anyone with a valid Health Card is eligible to take advantage. Please see below to upload qualifying forms of identification. This information must be correct and your answers on this form are legally binding.

T&Cs: By providing us with your phone number and email address and clicking "Submit", you agree that we may contact you regarding your request. One code per user will be allowed at any time. This code allows Lime Access users 50% off all rides. Once the discounted rides are used up, you will be able to request another code. The information submitted on this form will be collected and processed in accordance with Lime's Privacy Notice. The information you submit is legally binding.
